No. Tell us the domain name you'd like (for example yourcompany.co.ke) during the sign-up wizard and we'll register it on your behalf as part of your package, provided it's available.
How long does setup take?
Once payment is confirmed, we typically register your domain and provision your mailboxes within 24-48 business hours, and email you the login details directly.
Can I use my email on my phone and Outlook or Gmail app?
Yes. Every mailbox works with standard IMAP/SMTP, so you can access it from the Gmail app, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other email client, in addition to secure webmail.
What if the domain name I want is already taken?
