Common Questions
How often are backups taken?
It is agreed per client, based on how often your data changes and how much you could afford to lose. The schedule is written into your agreement.
Where are backups stored?
Where appropriate, copies are kept away from the main server so a single failure cannot take out both. The arrangement is agreed with you.
What happens if the site is hacked or goes down?
We investigate, restore from a clean backup where needed, and tell you what happened and what we changed.
Is maintenance a one-off or an ongoing service?
Maintenance is a recurring service set out in your agreement. One-off fixes and improvements are quoted separately.
