Common Questions From SACCO Officials
Is official email a requirement for SACCOs?
We don’t claim it is. SACCOs move to their own domain because members trust it, it’s much harder for fraudsters to fake, and the mailboxes stay with the SACCO when officials change.
What happens to the mailboxes when officials change?
The mailboxes belong to the SACCO, not to a person. When a new treasurer or chairman takes office, the password is changed and the same address, with its history, is handed over.
How fast can we switch?
Once payment is confirmed through our secure checkout, we typically register your domain and set up your mailboxes within 24-48 business hours.
Which domain can our SACCO use?
During sign-up you can choose .co.ke, .or.ke or .com, and we check that the name you want is available.
Can we pay with M-Pesa?
